This is not a quick once-over; it’s a full, methodical service carried out by trained Jacuzzi® technicians. During the appointment, we drain the swim spa completely and remove all filters for deep cleaning or replacement if required. Every accessible pipe, pump, union, and seal is inspected to check for early signs of wear, leaks, or performance issues. We clean and vacuum the spa shell, footwell, and all seating areas, removing any scale, debris, or build-up that affects water clarity and system performance. The jets, valves, and diverters are stripped back where needed and cleaned to ensure smooth operation and correct water flow. Each pump — including circulation, boost, and swim current pumps — is tested individually. We verify heater performance, flow rates, temperature accuracy, and confirm the control system is operating correctly with no error faults or sensor issues. All major electrical components are visually inspected for signs of overheating or loose connections. We check the cover condition, lifter system, hinges, insulation, and water retention to ensure heat loss is kept to a minimum. Cabinet panels are aligned and secured, and access points are tightened where necessary. Once the internal checks are complete, we refill the swim spa, bleed the system, and run a full operational test on all functions: swim jets, hydrotherapy jets, lighting, filtration cycles, and optional features such as waterfalls, Wi-Fi modules, or auxiliary controls. We balance the water chemistry to recommended Jacuzzi® levels and confirm the swim spa is ready for use. Your technician will also highlight any developing issues, worn parts, or future maintenance you may need to consider.
