You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without any charges. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your booking, we reserve the right to charge a £149 + VAT cancellation fee. However, this fee does not apply to Wet Tests and Site Survey bookings.
