Platinum Spas Stabilised Chlorine Granules are the most popular choice for hot tub and swim spa owners in the UK and EU. Designed for rapid dissolution and maximum efficiency, these granules provide the "free chlorine" necessary to eliminate bacteria and oxidise organic matter, ensuring your water remains safe, healthy, and inviting.

The Science of Clean Water:
To maintain a healthy environment, chlorine must be present in its "Free" form. A well-managed spa should have:
Free Chlorine Levels: 3.0 to 5.0mg/l (ppm).
Combined Chlorine: Less than 0.5mg/l. High levels of Combined Chlorine (chloramines) are what cause odours and irritation. Using Our Chlorine Granules correctly ensures you have the power to oxidise organic matter before these irritating byproducts can form.

Features:
Rapid Dissolving Formula: Fine granules dissolve almost instantly, making pre-dissolving easy and preventing "bleaching" of your spa shell.
pH Neutral Advantage: With a pH value between 6.0 – 7.0, these granules are remarkably close to the ideal spa water level. This means they won't cause the frustrating pH swings often associated with cheaper sanitisers.
Stabilised for Longevity: These granules are "stabilised" against the sun's UV rays, preventing chlorine loss and ensuring your sanitiser lasts longer.
Total Odour Control: When managed correctly (3.0 to 5.0mg/l), this high-purity chlorine prevents the buildup of chloramines, eliminating the "harsh chlorine smell" and skin/eye irritation.
