Service Description

No appointment is needed to visit our Superstore, but if you want your own personal product expert to walk you round our store and give you their bank full of knowledge, we'd recommend booking an hours slot to guarantee availability.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without any charges. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your booking, we reserve the right to charge a £49 cancellation fee. However, this fee does not apply to Wet Tests and Site Survey bookings.
