• Access Form: Once the agreement has been signed and the deposit paid, you will need to complete an access form. After the form has been received and reviewed, our team will contact you to confirm a delivery date.

• Delivery and Installation: We offer professional delivery and installation services to ensure your hot tub or swim spa is set up correctly.

• Electrical Requirements: Please ensure that any necessary electrical work is completed prior to delivery, unless you’ve arranged these services with us.
